Russia studies construction of its own Space station

Russia's government space organization Roscosmos is considering a few choices of making a shiny new Russian orbital station, which could supplant the International Space Station (ISS), vice president of Roscosmos Denis Lyskov said .

"We are investigating different alternatives, while assembling an orbital station as a substitute for ISS is one of them," Lyskov said without giving any further subtle elements.

Prior in the day, Moscow's Kommersant business day by day reported that Russia has been planning a multi-capacity orbital station utilizing piece of the modules developed for the ISS.

As indicated by the Kommersant, the station to be put on a close  polar circle would serve as a travel base for the Russian Moon program, and in addition to screen 90 percent of the Russian domain, which is more than the vision field of the ISS.

On the other hand, as per an anonymous source in Roscosmos, there may be an absence of monetary backing to manufacture Russia's own orbital station, Interfax news organization reported.

"Media investigates Russia's plan to construct and put on circle another space station in 2017-19 are false," the source said, including that the new orbital modules as of now under development are expected to be docked with the ISS by 2017, not to include Russia's own orbital station.

Russia arrangements to stay in the ISS program until no less than 2020, as indicated by the source.

In May, Roscosmos said Russia has been creating a national system of manned space investigations which will supplant the ISS program after 2020.
